I’m a Territory Market Manager who genuinely enjoys building people, developing leaders, and creating teams that want to win together.

I’ve always believed that leadership is more than just hitting numbers. It’s about setting the example, holding yourself accountable, helping people see what they’re capable of, and giving them the tools and confidence to get there. I take a lot of pride in being someone my team can learn from, rely on, and grow with.

I’m competitive, goal-driven, and always looking for the next level—both professionally and personally. I’m constantly working to sharpen my leadership, improve my approach, and build something bigger than myself.

I’m especially passionate about developing people who may not yet see their own potential and helping turn that potential into real results.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, gaming, snowboarding, biking, and hiking.

My name is Myles, and I am currently pursuing my Computer Science degree after transferring from the University of Arizona and returning to Washington to continue my education.

While studying, I worked as a server at a nursing home. However, I eventually realized I was looking for an environment that offered greater opportunities, which led me to pursue a new career.

When I first started this job, I had little knowledge or experience in this type of business. But from the moment I stepped in, I recognized a culture that challenged me to grow, step outside of my comfort zone, and take on new responsibilities. The competitive, outgoing, and supportive environment provided something I had been missing: opportunity.

Since then, I have continued to develop both professionally and personally. I have gained new skills, built greater confidence, strengthened my communication abilities, and learned what it means to lead and inspire others.

Hey I’m James! I am originally from Canada. I studied Applied Mathematics and Aeronautical Engineering at Southern Utah University before I decided to move up to Seattle and transfer my studies to the University of Washington to finish my degree. I was only looking for a summer job and some professional experience. However, I quickly found myself drawn to the culture, mentorship, and opportunities for personal and professional growth that this business offers.

What started as a summer job has developed into something much more meaningful for me. I’ve really enjoyed the competitive environment, the opportunity to work alongside a strong team, and the travel and relocation that has brought me all the way to Savannah. I’m excited to continue developing my skills, take on greater responsibility, and see where this opportunity can take me in the years ahead.
